Papa and B'dette came for a visit! On our first day, it was incredibly hot, so the kids had some fun cooling off in the yard, then we headed to Federal Hill and Fort McHenry.

Cara visits- April 2, 2012
Greg's college friend Cara and her two girls came for a visit. On Sunday, we had a fun day at Federal Hill, followed by lunch at Phillips while we explored the Inner Harbor. The girls had fun playing together at the house, too.

Aunt Kathe! January 16, 2012
Aunt Kathe made a trip up to Camp Bowden to stay with us while Daniel had his hard palate closed. We knew we'd been in the hospital overnight, so Kathe came to stay with the girls. The girls loved having Aunt Kathe all to themselves, and apparently she packs pretty awesome lunches. I do know she makes a mean pot of chicken and dumplings, and I was overjoyed to be welcomed home from the hospital with a big pot of deliciousness!
On the day before the big surgery, we went to Federal Hill, and then took Daniel for his last chicken nugget & french fry meal for about two weeks!
