Ken & Nancy Visit!

We had a great visit with Uncle Ken & Aunt Nancy.  Daniel is always super excited to see one of his best buds!  He and Ken had some quality time together playing cars and talking sports.  Sarah told Aunt Nancy all about her novel Poison, and Nancy volunteered to read and critique the book.

Rainy Baseball with Aunt Nancy & Uncle Ken

We seem to have torrential rains whenever Ken & Nancy visit, and this trip was no different!  We had tickets to see the Os with Emily's school, and the school had sold about 250 tickets, but I think we were the only ones there in the chilly rain!

Daniel was #8 on his t-ball team, so we decided to take his picture with Cal Ripken's 8.

Aunt Nancy & Uncle Ken came for a quick visit to drop off this beautiful Nativity set that had been made by Nancy's family.

Ken & Nancy's- August 9-11, 2012

Our final leg of our journey took us the Aunt Nancy & Uncle Ken's house.  They had been to visit us oodles of times, so we were happy to finally make it to their neck of the woods!  Sarah's birthday celebration continued with yummy cake, and we had a great family reunion with three of Ken & Nancy's four sons, a daughter-in-law and their grandson!  We went to see Sue's tree, and spend a few hours at Fire Island . . . until the weather took a turn!

We had a great visit with Greg's Aunt Nancy & Uncle Ken from New York.  We spent a rainy day chatting and catching up, then we had some great wings!

Ken & Nancy- March 28, 2011

Greg's Aunt Nancy & Uncle Ken took one of their amazing journeys around the country this past winter. You can read Aunt Nancy's journal by clicking on the dodgecitykitty link to the right. On their latest trip, they were in our area so we spent a great afternoon together. This was their first opportunity to meet our Daniel (they have a Daniel, too). It was great to visit with them!
