Rainy Baseball with Aunt Nancy & Uncle Ken

We seem to have torrential rains whenever Ken & Nancy visit, and this trip was no different!  We had tickets to see the Os with Emily's school, and the school had sold about 250 tickets, but I think we were the only ones there in the chilly rain!

Daniel was #8 on his t-ball team, so we decided to take his picture with Cal Ripken's 8.

Williams-Brice Stadium

We stopped at Williams-Brice so Daniel could see where his beloved Gamecocks play.  He was tentative at first, but then really excited!

Visiting Nana B.

We went to see Nana B. and Granny Gayle while we were down South.  We noticed Daniel was awfully quiet.  We discovered him sound asleep in Nana B.'s bed!

Nana's House

After the big retirement celebration, we spent a few days with Nana.  It was much more fun than Emily indicates in this photo!

Uncle Jeff Retires!

We headed down to celebrate Uncle Jeff's retirement from the Air Force.  The ceremony was fabulous.  While I know how awesome my brother is, I really appreciated seeing how everyone else thought he was awesome, too.
