Measuring Day

Our annual Measuring Day tradition showed Daniel was 49 inches, Sarah was 63 1/8 inches, and Emily was 66 3/4 inches!

Rhyme With Me Celebration

Daniel's class had a Rhyme With Me Celebration where each child recited a rhyme for the class.  Daniel did Humpty Dumpty.

Travis Visits!

We had an unexpected, but absolutely wonderful visit with our nephew Travis and his buddy Tyler.  They spent the day with us on their way to a new job.  Before we said our good-byes, Tyler snapped a family picture for us.

Aladdin, Jr.

 Emily was in Aladdin, Jr. at school.  As always, the show was amazing!!

Emily's Band Concert

Emily's final band concert was bittersweet.  Mrs. Schmitt had Ryan J. Williams write a piece for the kids entitled Tomorrow We're Still Together, complete with an oboe solo.  Mrs. Schmitt was quite emotional as she talked about the 8th graders, so she had Emily read the dedication.  It was such a special moment!

Nana Visits- April 29- May 2, 2015

Nana came for a visit during all of the unrest in our fair city.  On top of all that was going on, she really was not feeling well!  We didn't see much, other than State Levels for National  History Day for Sarah (which she won for individual performance), and a t-ball game for Daniel.
