Big Boy Bed- March 19, 2012

Since all of our friends with children younger than Daniel had moved their kids to beds, we decided maybe it was time for Daniel, at 3 1/3, to make the change.  He loved his crib, never trying to climb out, but rather occasional attempts to climb in.  He was running out of room in there, especially since he like his "stuff" when he sleeps.  I took from the crib:

• seven footballs, one of which was not a small one
• half a dozen other balls
• a handful of matchbox cars
• 4 stuffed Backyardigans
• Curious George
• Mickey Mouse
• two stuffed Cockys
• two blankets
• Elmo
• a full sized pillow
• a Cocky Pillow Pet
• a small panda pillow pet
• an assortment of Maisy books
• a Delaware Hens sock monkey
• two wooden spoons 

Now he has even more room for his "stuff," so occasionally I sneak in and clear some out, especially the drum.  No one likes that in the middle of the night!
