April Visits

April, the cat who lived in our house before we did, came to stay with us for a few days.  She had a great time exploring and finding all of her old favorite spots.

We celebrated Emily's 13th birthday with cake and dinner at Fogo de Chao, where she had a beautiful dessert, and she was thrilled to finally get to ride in the front seat!

Peabody- December 15, 2013

Sarah had a winter concert at Peabody.  She played the Glockenspiel for most of the songs.

Annie's Window- December 13, 2013

Sarah and I joined our friend Annie downtown to look at her window display and to enjoy the light show at the Power Plant.  We were all bundled up because it was chilly willy!

Frosty- December 10, 2013

Daniel was quite smitten with Frosty the Snowman, so we had to build our own Frosty.  Being a Southern girl, my skills are not in the snowman-making category, but we did okay.  As soon as we were done, he wanted to knock him down, so that was the end of Frosty.
